Issue Detail
I can add users and groups but how do I add a user to a group. This has been raised by many users.

Solution
There is some confustion about this. The process is as follows:

Click on the group that you want to add the user to
Click Add

It does sound easy once you know but for some users this may not be intuitive.
Please submit a reply to this article if you can suggest a better way. Any comment would be welcome.
