Set up instructions for AOL Instant Messenger.

Solution
These instructions assume that you have AOL IM installed on your computer, are properly connected to a LAN, and have FreeProxy running with an active internet connection available.

Open AOL IM and on the sign on dialog click the setup button.
In the next screen, on the left side highlight Sign On/Off, under ‘internet connection’ click the Local Area Network selection, and then click the connection button on the bottom right.
In the Connection Preferences dialog, set it up as shown using the IP address of your internet server (i.e. 192.168.1.1) for the proxy server host. The Auto Configure wizard for some reason will not find a connection, port 69 seems to almost always work. If you have FreeProxy set up for a SOCKS password, enter that info under Authentication.
Click ‘OK’ until you get back to the Sign On dialog, enter your name and password, then click connect.
