Connections are being rejected when using resource permissions.

Solution
If you are using all forms of permissions then this switch is handy in that you only have to specify those resources that a specifically granted. Without this switch you would also have to specify those resources for which access was forbidden.

Note this switch applies to ALL resources so if you do not enable access to all valid connecting IP addresses, then all connections would be rejected. In addition, all valid ports, all valid URLs etc.

If you do specify every type of permission then use this switch. If you only want to select a sub-set or only one permission then specify the "Allowed" access condition and forbid everything else.
