Errors with user32.dll such as
"DLL initialization failure Initialization of the dynamic link library c:windowssystem32user32.dll failed. The process is terminating abnormally."

Solution
Versions of FreeProxy up to an including v2.22 uses a particular windows API function in connection with thread management that has an obscure side-effect
of leaking memory (not releasing memory). This could be observed by the increasing number of handles not being freed and the increasing amount of memory allocated to the kernel associated with the FreeProxy Process. The error would manifest under high and continuous load.
